This project was provoked by unpleasant event preceding the opening of the Clothed Paintings I exhibition in Uzice, in October 2013. It was surprising reaction. It made me think about gender and sex in relation with clothes, in the context of Serbian incapability to distinguish these two, so I decided to make a series of photographs of people wearing gender \”adequate\” clothes. Nouns in Serbian grammar have three genders: masculine, feminine and neuter. So I divided garments into two groups by their noun\’s gender.
