Yes Maybe No is a research project focused on the relationships the body establishes with its surroundings, particularly regarding consent and boundaries with other bodies. I am exploring these relationships using new technologies such as 3D scanning, 3D printing, and artificial intelligence (AI) to create non-human or artificial versions of the human body, emphasising tactile experimentation and the importance of consent and boundaries in forming relationships with others.

The version of the work presented at the MDW included a participative installation and a video work. The installation consisted of human-like objects responsive to touch via motion-based technology. Visitors were invited to explore these objects and challenge their understanding of the core ‘rules’ of a safe social and intimate environment: body boundaries and consent.
